Google Camera updated with the return of timer, auto cropping and more features. The app is much better now! Every important feature from the original Nexus camera is back and the new features and UI are fantastic. The fact that what you see is finally what you get is nice. The viewfinder now shows exactly what the sensor sees and doesn't crop the image to fit the whole screen. And also the shutter speed has been improved and the lens blur effect is fun.
With Google Camera you can snaps quick and easy photos or videos with creative picture modes like Photo Sphere, Lens Blur and Panorama. This is easily one of the best camera applications for Android. The blur effect works great with a little practice. Definitely like having the photosphere feature, great for sports stadium shots and the like.
Great new start to the camera app. Focusing much improved. Now just add back the old features like time lapse, silly faces, still photo in camcorder mode, etc. The earlier version was too simple, but this version is as complex as it can get still maintaining the simplicity. With the latest update, you can now take 16:9 photos with Google Camera. Takes great photo's especially with the Nexus 5, the screen is cut off where it needs to be instead of giving you the false look of larger photo's then what the camera will capture.
